Wallets that held at least 100 $OTC at the snapshot (12 Sep 2026, 00:00 UTC). Allocation is proportional to that balance, with a loyalty bonus for wallets that used desks or rewards.

Each eligible wallet receives a share of the community pool equal to 8.2% of snapshot holdings, plus a 15% loyalty bonus for protocol users. Tiers (Holder, Core, Desk) describe size — they do not gate the claim.
